When you apply for a job through our careers page, we collect your contact information, work experience, and resume if you attach one. If you become a customer, we keep the service and billing details needed to schedule your jobs and invoice you.

How We Use It

We use your information to respond to your requests, provide and schedule construction, property management, and real estate services, send invoices, payment links, and payment reminders, and review job applications. That's it — we don't use it for anything unrelated to serving you.

Payments

Online card payments are handled by Stripe, a payment processor used by millions of businesses. Your card number goes directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection — we never see it and never store it.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that keep the business running — payment processing, email delivery, and website hosting — and only as needed for them to do their job, or when the law requires it.

Security & Retention

Your information is stored in secured systems, encrypted in transit, with access limited to the people who need it to serve you. We keep records only as long as needed for the work, our books, and legal requirements.
