MVP Residential Services started in Dracut with a simple frustration: property owners were juggling a builder, a manager, and an agent who never talked to each other. Dan O'Connell — a Dracut resident and licensed realtor — decided to put all three under one roof.
Dan's brother Jared and family friend Jacob lead the construction division, running everything from excavation and new builds to additions, remodels, decks, and finish carpentry. Dan handles the real estate side across Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and the property management team keeps residential and commercial buildings running in between.
